Wedding facilities

The wedding party has full use of the commercial kitchen, with heated cupboards, fridges, freezers, dishwasher etc. and crockery and cutlery (for up to 150 covers). The kitchen can serve both Murrells Hall and the Cutten Room.

We offer full use of the bar area which includes wine, champagne, high ball and pint glasses, drinks chillers, an ice machine, and glass washer. The bar serves both Murrells Hall and the Cutten Room. We can also provide a fully stocked and staffed licensed cash bar. The license fee would be included in the hire. Just ask for details. If you plan to use a third party to run your bar, they will be subject to license requirements and public liability insurance. All third-party hirers must be approved by the hall management. A no corkage charge policy is operated at Barnham Community Hall. 

Murrells Hall includes a curtained stage area and has access to the large south facing patio which looks over an 8-acre park and a children's playground.

We have a large array of dining tables both round and rectangular, available at no extra cost.

 

Full use of the well positioned Cutten Room, Marshall Room and Upton Room as required is included also, the Cutten Room having the additional benefit of both kitchen and bar access. Both the Cutten Room and the Marshall Room have double door access to the enclosed south facing patio. 

 

On-site parking can accommodate in excess of seventy cars. The building also is fully alarmed.

 

Our wedding hire fee is £1450 including VAT with a £500 deposit payable on contract signing. The balance then being due no later than six weeks before the date of hire. We also require a returnable damage deposit of £500 which will be refunded once the hall is returned to us as let.
